˜Your SFBT tip for May 2015:

Please enjoy the article below describing strengths that we may want to think about encouraging and/or amplifying for ourselves and our clients. What are Strengths?

April Showers bring May flowers!
For all of us who love getting outside to enjoy the warm weathers and work on our gardens, we know this labour of love is also sometimes physically difficult. But we persevere because we love the results! Each of those small (sometimes difficult) steps leads to our beautiful, summer gardens. We are reminded of one of our favourite SF quotes, "Water the flowers, not the weeds." Gardening and other analogies are often used with our SF clients. This allows a conversations and questions to unfold with the client that are meaningful and offer great opportunities to use the client's language and strengths in the solution–focused approach.
