˜Your SFBT tip for March 2016:

We all know that as SF practitioners, we encourage our clients (and ourselves) to focus on and look for the small, positive changes to build upon. The link below is a short, St. Patrick's themed story of just that! But we think this is a lovely idea for anytime of the year.

~Enjoy!

Solution-Focused Reference Materials...

There are so many great Solution-Focused books, articles, videos, and related materials, that we simply can't keep up! We have started to list some of our favourites on our website at www.solutiontalk.ca. We would love our members to add to our community list. Please email us at info@solutiontalk.ca to give us your thoughts on what should be included.
Thanks!!

One of our favourite authors and creator of solution-focused questions is Fredrike Bannink. We offer refer to her book, 1001 Solution-Focused Questions (2006), so we were thrilled to learn about her new SF question-related books! They are:
  • 101 Solution-Focused Questions for Help with Anxiety (2015)
  • 101 Solution-Focused Questions for Help with Depression (2015)
  • 101 Solution-Focused Questions for Help with Trauma (2015)
We just received our copies of these resources ourselves, and we are sure they will be as excellent as all of Fredrike's work. Enjoy!
